2007 Results

Week of January 2, 2007

  • State v. S.
  • This case involved multiple moving violations as well as an extreme DUI out of Phoenix City Court.  The BAC results were .197/.199.  This case resulted in a dismissal of all charges.

Week of January 8, 2007

  • State v. E
  • This case involved two charges of DUI.  The case resulted in a dismissal on January 11, 2007.

  • State v. B.
  • The client was charged with second offense extreme DUI.  This case involved a single vehicle accident.  The client pled to a first offense extreme DUI and received a ten day jail sentence as opposed to 60 days.

Week of January 15, 2007

  • State v. P.
  • This was a blood case involving a reading of .163.  Defendant was charged with two counts of DUI, including extreme DUI.  The case resolved with a dismissal.

  • State v. M
  • This was a case of regular DUI with a reading above .10.  The case was tried in Phoenix City Court and resulted in a NOT GUILTY verdict on all charges.

Week of January 22, 2007

  • State v. D
  • This case involved a single vehicle accident in which a telephone pole was severed in half.  Further, the case involved a passenger and a single vehicle roll over accident.  The reading in this case were .193/.188.  The client pled to a regular DUI with 24 hours jail.  The charge of extreme DUI was dismissed, and the client avoided felony criminal damage and felony endangerment charges.

  • State v. Y
  • This case involved a charge of criminal speeding and extreme DUI with readings of .186 & .186.  The client pled to a regular DUI and received a sentence of 24 hours jail.  The extreme DUI was dismissed.

  • State v. B
  • Client was charged with extreme DUI with readings of .198 & .191.  The extreme DUI was dismissed and client received 24 hours jail. 

Week of February 5, 2007

  • State v. G
  • This case involved five criminal charges.  Two charges of possession of marijuana, one charge of extreme DUI, one charge of BAC over .08, and one charge of DUI to the slightest degree.  This case involved a single vehicle accident, wherein the driver tested a BAC of .284/.264.  The client pled to a regular DUI to the slightest degree and received 24 hours jail.  The possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and extreme DUI charges were all dismissed.

Week of February 12, 2007

  • State v. A
  • This case involved one count of criminal trespassing and one count of disorderly conduct.  This case resulted in a dismissal. 

Week of February 20, 2007

  • State v. L
  • Client was charged with DUI as well as possession of prescription drugs.  Client will be pleading to a reckless driving charge and dismissing all other charges, including the drug charges.

  • State v. B.
  • Client charged with Reckless Driving and Driving on a suspended license.  The officer alleged the client was traveling in excess of 95 MPH and weaving on the Interstate Highway.  The charges of Reckless Driving and Driving on a suspended license were dismissed, client was assessed a civil traffic fine of $155.00.
